Ordered a bday cake. Amazing birthday cake, wonderful service and amazing vibes! My husband loved the cake. Also not to sweet

I grew up in Paris this bakery is as good as any pastry shop there. Their wedding cakes are scrumptious and visually perfect. Everything is about quality and taste. They are simply the best in the Monterey region.

Incredible french pastries-the real deal - just like in Paris. Ache de Noel and galette des rous means they are certified French patisserie.

Quaint French bakery located in historical area of Monterey. Excellent pastries that sell out quickly!!! Enjoyed a spinach and cheese croissant with a mocha for an early breakfast. Fabulous pastries - great service - lovely outdoor tables too. Can't wait to enjoy the additional croissants at home with the family ! I'll be back soon...

Probably the Finest Real French bakery in the area. Don't let the modest White House fool you; it's right next to the post office the croissants are out of this world

The quiche Lorraine was delicious! I didn't try anything else. We were able to sit outside in the garden area. The inside is pretty cramped but orders are handled efficiently.

Been here many times ... Actually EVERYTIME we are I. Monterey! But ... Disappointed this time AND many other times because there were no mention of when they are closed. Just remember, call ahead and follow Instagram Here are their hours for Jan Why? You guessed it, this place is sooooo good that they can afford to NOT WORK and still do well. A must visit when in Monterey.

Charming French patisserie in historic Monterey. Walking through this neighborhood is so cool with adobe buildings and walls built in the 1800s. My son just moved into the neighborhood and I was so excited to see he was around the corner from Parker-Lusseau. We needed a coffee and pastry fix and ran over. And we're so disappointed they were closed for a winter break! Have been here many times, so if you're in the area, stop in. Everything is phenomenal.

Delightful cafe, with delicious pastries, cute tables outside and friendly, helpful staff! We got here a bit later around 11 am so we definitely missed some of the popular items like the ham and cheese croissant. I will try to come earlier and see if they have it next time! I was in the mood for savory not having eaten breakfast yet so the quiche was calling me. This was my first time here and many people ahead of me in line were ordering them. Truthfully I'm not really a quiche person but this one looked divine. Maybe because instead of a slice of quiche it was my own little quiche. It was so savory, flavorful with the perfect balance of goat cheese and tomato! (I got the goat cheese & tomato flavor obv). They also heated it up for me! It was delicious and the crust so flaky. I also got an almond croissant because I love me some almond filling. This too was delicious! It was really cool to try their style of almond croissant which is a flatter style--flaky and moist and crisp. My hubby got the apricot pastry and it was also so good! I am ready to visit here again the next time I'm in Monterey! Hopefully I can snag a table outside this time because it's such a cute outdoor space to eat after getting your pastries.

An absolute favorite for finest baked goods, outstanding sandwiches and vegan soups for many years! As a bakery, Parker-Lusseau reliably produces the highest quality goods. From the masterpiece croissants to cakes and tarts, one can always find something truly inspiring to eat here. In addition to being a fantastic creator of baked goods, lunchtime decision-making usually ends here. My family craves the egg salad sandwiches, frequently. They are perfection-the combination of the outstanding bread and perfectly prepared egg salad are a home run. The curry chicken, tuna salad and turkey -honey-Dijon are also amazing choices. Vegans and those with dietary challenges can find solace here in this bakery as well- a total bonus when trying to get lunch for a group. The soups are truly AMAZING! In spite of the overuse of this word, in general, the soups are really a work of art in a way that is grounded and gives thanks for the importance of self-care in the day-to-day routine. Curry cauliflower, cream of asparagus, carrot ginger, to name a few..... all vegan, and all excellent. Also, the employee's barista skills aren't shabby here, either. They do serve a variety of milk and non-dairy options-and they use Monin syrups. Holiday treats are sensational, as well, and you'll have to order early, since they get booked up on preorders around the holidays!
